Listened to a talk on You Tube last night by Tara Bract called 'Entering the Mystery' it was so lovely and calming and soothing.. recommend it if you've got a spare 56 minutes some time! I did it in bed so maybe that'll work for you. Have been using it a lot today - ("breath in and touch the feeling, breath out and feel the space").. it's great. I've been bone-ass tir...Ugh, I hear you Sherry. I've been bone-ass tired this week too, and I've been edgy. I think quite a few of us have been, come to think of it. Is something going on with the moon again? <br /><br />I've been running a lot more lately, and my body is saying, "what the hell are you doing to me?" My ankles and my knees are considering rioting. It's making me a little nervous because I don't know if I'll be able to keep up with my training. "I'm getting old..." that keeps running in the back of my head too. Sigh. <br /><br />I hope it's just a funky mood for us and things right themselves soon.
